Based off Gull Cottage from the 1948 Movie, Ghost and Mrs. Muir, I tried to capture the feel of a Victorian Era English Seaside Cottage with some modern conveniences. This Build was a month in the making with over 28,000 items. Completely furnished with custom furniture (I only used 1 chair provided in world editor), green house, 75' foot Bristol Cutter, Lighthouse and the Cottage itself. The property also has a small herd of Sheep to add to a totally relaxing world for the sea captain or adventurous world explorer in you.
